About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build the marketing department, processes, and campaigns from scratch.
• Create and strengthen brand awareness across digital and offline channels.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling initiatives.
• Plan and manage digital marketing activities, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Oversee content creation, PR, partnerships, and corporate communications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Track marketing performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to support business growth.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and future in-house marketing team members.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of proven marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in building marketing functions and strategies from scratch.
• Strong expertise in brand development, strategic marketing, and demand generation.
• Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
• Experience in the
• sustainability, recycling, circular economy, environmental services, or second-hand products industry
• will be highly preferred.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with
