About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing FMCG team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, particularly in fresh juices, cut fruits, or related FMCG products, with a proven ability to generate new business, maintain long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with excellent negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work independently while coordinating closely with internal teams.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector including restaurants, cafΓ©s, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
  • Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Present company products and services professionally to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, product quantities, payment terms, and contracts to close profitable deals.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales strategies in coordination with the sales manager.

Order Management & Client Satisfaction

  • Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders from negotiation to final delivery.
  • Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth execution.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer demands.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management review.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend business growth strategies.

Collections & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment collections and account reconciliation.
  • Work closely with the production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability based on market demand.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and reporting tools.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a strong professional image and uphold the company’s brand values in all client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG and the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in fresh juices, fresh produce, cut fruits, or related product categories.
  • Excellent track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
  • Good understanding of the local Abu Dhabi F&B market and customer landscape.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field sales activities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Existing network within restaurants, cafΓ©s, hotels, and catering businesses in Abu Dhabi.
  • Experience handling B2B sales in the hospitality and food supply sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer retention and account management strategies.
