We're Hiring: Sales Manager – E-commerce (Dubai, UAE)

Our client, a leading player in the e-commerce and digital solutions industry, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across multiple international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading sales teams, managing regional operations, and selling e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Lead and expand sales operations across three countries, ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.

2.

Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing regional sales team.

3.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

4.

Manage client acquisition, lead generation, and the complete sales cycle for e-commerce and website solutions.

5.

Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve results.

6.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.

7.

Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships across target markets.

Requirements

1.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a

Sales Manager role, preferably within the e-commerce, website development, or digital solutions industry.

2.

Proven track record of successfully managing multi-country sales operations and sales teams.

3.

Strong experience selling e-commerce platforms, websites, or digital services.

4.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

5.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6.

Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

7.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

8. **Proficient in Arabic**
