Full-time, non-management Loss Prevention Supervisor position at Element in West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
The role protects property, guests, and employees and supports safe, professional guest service.
Security and loss prevention
- Patrol the property, secure rooms, assist guests with room access, and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
- Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key-control audits.
- Authorize and document access to secured areas; respond to emergencies and accidents and assist guests and employees.
- Prepare incident reports, safeguard confidential records, defuse disturbances, resolve hazards, and escort unwelcome persons.
- Apply alcoholic beverage control laws and appropriate emergency code responses.
Team and service duties
- Assist management with employee training, motivation, and coaching; support fair-treatment processes.
- Follow policies, report incidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, prepare accurate documents, and support team quality standards.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
- No license or certification specified.
Work conditions
- The position is not remote and is based at the property.
- Requires extended standing, sitting, or walking; responding quickly; moving through confined or uneven spaces; and lifting or carrying objects.
