Role Overview

Site Logistics Coordination

• Supervise daily logistics activities across project sites.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and plant movement within designated site areas.
• Plan delivery routes, access, loading and offloading locations, and laydown areas.
• Ensure materials are delivered to the correct locations at the required time.
• Monitor access arrangements to prevent congestion and delays.

Deliveries and Equipment

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with suppliers, transporters, and site teams.
• Schedule delivery times and ensure documentation and gate passes are available.
• Supervise safe offloading and transfers to storage or work areas.
• Coordinate oversized, heavy, or critical material movements.
• Coordinate forklifts, cranes, telehandlers, and other logistics equipment.

Safety and Reporting

• Support site traffic, vehicle movement, and pedestrian segregation plans.
• Monitor safe loading, unloading, material movement, and storage practices.
• Identify risks, maintain housekeeping, and support HSE inspections and corrective actions.
• Maintain delivery trackers, movement records, and logistics schedules.
• Report delays, access issues, resource constraints, and logistics risks.

Experience and Expertise

• At least five years of experience in logistics, site logistics, material movement, or a similar role.
• Construction or MEP project experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of site logistics, delivery coordination, laydown management, access planning, offloading, traffic control, and HSE requirements.
• Expertise in logistics coordination, delivery scheduling, material handling, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.
