Logistics and supply-chain responsibilities
- Formulate and implement logistics strategies for smooth end-to-end operations.
- Manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution while controlling costs and improving transportation efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the transportation team, arrange cargo transportation and distribution, track shipments, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage warehouse facilities and inventory, ensure safe storage of goods, and optimize warehouse layout and processes.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 5 years of supply-chain management experience.
- Home appliance industry experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with market conditions and customer demands, and ability to adapt quickly and begin work effectively.
- Prior overseas on-site work experience is a plus.
Competencies and industry resources
- Demonstrated team management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Insight into overseas logistics industry trends and business development directions.
- Access to overseas resources such as customs clearance agents, trailer providers, warehouse resources and operators, and transportation providers; able to integrate resources to support business development.
- Innovative thinking and adaptability to handle challenges in a fast-paced work environment.
