Haier Gulf is hiring a detail-oriented Logistics Associate in Dubai.
Inbound, inventory, and warehouse
- Coordinate incoming shipments, warehouse pre-alerts, clearance instructions, and stock availability updates.
- Prepare weekly stock reports, monitor inventory levels, and support analysis by product and model.
- Maintain PD reconciliation reports and coordinate discrepancy resolution with Sales.
- Monitor aging and excess inventory and coordinate liquidation plans.
- Work with warehouse partners on stock handling, storage, and damage prevention.
- Identify stock shortages, shipment delays, and other inventory risks.
Outbound and records
- Coordinate daily outbound deliveries, track dispatches, support timely delivery, and resolve delivery issues with Sales and Operations.
- Collect, verify, and upload proof-of-delivery documents; coordinate billing with Finance and follow up on pending documents.
- Maintain logistics records, process warehouse claims, and manage delivery team assignments through customer portals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE logistics planning, inventory control, warehouse coordination, or supply chain operations.
- Home appliances, electronics, or FMCG industry experience is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- ERP, SAP, or warehouse management system experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
