Company Description
Raffles & Fairmont Red Sea is positioned in the Kingdom's Red Sea Project and will offer a nature-focused resort with 361 rooms.
The resort features eleven dining concepts including overwater restaurants, a spa, and an adjacent 18-hole championship golf course.
It is set on 200km of untouched coastline with an archipelago of over 90 islands, dormant volcanoes, marine habitat and archaeological sites.
Role Overview
Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsible for the smooth operation of the outlet and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure correct grooming standards are followed at all times.
- Follow up on all financials, LQA and Forbes targets and cascade them to the team.
- Report issues and negative guest feedback on the Glitch system.
- Handle financial procedures according to finance department guidelines.
- Handle security incidents and guest complaints and report to the F&B Manager.
- Create upselling opportunities, sales goals and selling strategies.
- Develop the restaurant team and assign KPIs in line with hotel goals.
- Create an efficient rostering system.
- Organise marketing activities and promotional events with the marketing department.
- Prepare end-of-operations reports including guest comments and sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a 4-5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
