Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols aligned with Saudi Arabian regulations and international hospitality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate security staff, including scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and regular briefings.
• Monitor security systems including CCTV, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and threat analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, documenting all incidents and preparing detailed reports.
• Patrol the resort property regularly to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and personnel records.
• Assist in organizing security training programs and drills for staff and guests.
• Analyze security data and trends to optimize security operations and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi Arabian security regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of security management experience, preferably in the hospitality or luxury resort industry.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading security teams.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze security threats and develop effective response strategies.
• Excellent incident response and crisis management skills.
• Thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian security regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform regular property patrols.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
