Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in LGS / Cold-Formed Steel structures
- Proven experience in modular / offsite construction
- Strong knowledge of AISI, Eurocode, ASCE and IBC
- Experience with FrameCAD, Vertex, Tekla Structures and Revit
- Proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000 or STRAP
- Strong understanding of connection design, bracing systems, load transfer and tolerances
- Ability to coordinate effectively with factory, architectural, MEP, QA/QC and project teams
- Preferred:
- GCC / UAE modular project experience
- Exposure to modular manufacturing and factory QA/QC workflows
- Knowledge of transportation and lifting engineering
- Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer certification
- This role is ideal for someone who combines strong structural engineering capability with a practical understanding of buildability, manufacturability and modular production environments.
