The Role
- Help residents remain as active and independent as possible.
- Identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalized activity plans.
- Support residents in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities and enjoying a stimulating environment.
- Work with families, residents and local communities to create meaningful experiences.
- Provide fun, flexible and creative activities for residents with diverse interests.
- Show commitment, initiative and a desire to enhance residents’ lives.

The role is based at Long Stone Manor, a purpose-built residential, nursing and dementia care home in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
