The Role
- Help residents remain as active and independent as possible.
- Identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised activity plans.
- Support residents in exploring interests, participating in physical activities, and enjoying a stimulating environment.
- Work with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences.
- Use fun, flexibility, and creative thinking to provide activities for diverse interests.
- Bring a mature, sensible outlook, commitment, and initiative to the role.
