Resident Activities
- Help residents remain as active and independent as possible.
- Identify individual goals and implement personalised activity plans.
- Support residents to explore new interests and engage in physical activities.
- Create fun, flexible, and stimulating experiences for diverse interests.
- Work with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences.
Candidate Profile
- A passionate and caring approach to supporting residents is required.
- Candidates should have a strong desire to help people and put residents at the centre of activities.
- The role calls for maturity, commitment, initiative, flexibility, and creative thinking.
