Responsibilities
- Help residents remain active and independent.
- Identify resident goals and implement personalised activity plans.
- Support residents with new interests and physical activities.
- Work with families and local communities to create meaningful experiences.
- Provide varied, creative activities in a stimulating and homely environment.

Training and workplace
