Key responsibilities
- Help residents remain as active and independent as possible.
- Identify residents' goals and implement personalised activity plans.
- Support residents to explore interests, participate in physical activities and enjoy a stimulating environment.
- Work with families, residents and local communities to create meaningful experiences.
- Use creativity and flexibility to provide activities for diverse interests.
- Bring a mature, sensible and committed approach to enhancing residents' lives.
