Leasing Executive – Property Management

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries from prospective tenants through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for residential and/or commercial units.
- Explain property features, amenities, rental rates, and lease terms to potential tenants.
- Negotiate rental terms within company-approved guidelines.
- Process lease applications and prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate unit handovers and move-in procedures.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize lease conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, applications, and signed leases.
- Assist with lease renewals and tenant retention activities.
- Work closely with the Property Management team to ensure units are market-ready.
- Monitor market trends and competitor rental rates.
- Achieve monthly leasing and occupancy targets.
& Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, property management, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets.
