We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle leasing activities for residential, commercial, or retail properties.
- Assist prospective tenants with property viewings and leasing inquiries.
- Prepare tenancy contracts, lease agreements, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure timely lease renewals and tenant retention.
- Maintain updated records of property availability and leasing status.
- Conduct market research on rental trends and competitor properties.
- Achieve leasing targets and occupancy goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate or property management.
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures and tenancy contracts.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Knowledge of real estate CRM systems is preferred.
