About This Role
Overview
Riayah Properties is expanding its portfolio and seeking a highly motivated, results-driven **Leasing Agent** to join our professional team.
We are looking for a confident negotiator with strong market knowledge and a proven track record in the UAE real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and lease residential and commercial properties efficiently.
- Conduct property viewings and present units professionally to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and successfully close deals.
- Prepare tenancy contracts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned leasing targets.
- Stay updated on UAE market trends and tenancy regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of UAE real estate leasing experience** (essential).
- Fluency in **Arabic and English** (both spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE tenancy laws and market practices.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Professional appearance and target-oriented mindset.
