About This Role
Overview
Leasing Executive is responsible for managing the lease renewal process for residential and commercial properties.
This includes liaising with tenants, negotiating renewal terms, ensuring timely contract preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
The role focuses on maximizing tenant retention, minimizing vacancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Lease Renewal Management
Track lease expiry dates and prepare renewal notices in advance.
Contact tenants to confirm renewal interest and negotiate terms.
Prepare and update lease agreements in line with approved rates and policies.
Tenant Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding renewals.
Address tenant queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain a high tenant satisfaction rate to encourage renewals.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Liaise with the finance department for rent collection and payment tracking.
Coordinate with property management for unit inspections before renewal.
Work with the legal department to ensure agreements comply with real estate regulations.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain updated records of all lease renewals in the system.
Ensure all agreements are signed, filed, and stored as per company policy.
Generate renewal status reports for management review.
Market Research & Rate Updates
Monitor market rental trends and competitor pricing.
Recommend rent adjustments based on market conditions.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Ensure lease agreements comply with RERA and local property laws.
Follow internal company policies regarding renewals and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in lease administration, renewals, or real estate operations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of UAE property laws and RERA regulations (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office and property management software.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
