**Role Overview**
We are looking for a motivated Leasing Executive to join our team and support rental operations.
The role involves managing tenant inquiries, coordinating viewings, and assisting clients throughout the leasing process.
Key Duties
- Handle rental inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Explain property details, pricing, and community features
- Support clients with leasing procedures and documentation
- Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities in CRM
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and well-organized approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leasing or sales is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Abu Dhabi rental market preferred
- Immediate availability is a plus
Preferred
- **UAE driving license and own car**
