Role overview
Identifies training needs, designs learning modules and delivery methods, and measures job-related upskilling aligned with departmental client journeys.
Administers learning platforms and develops real estate knowledge programs for internal teams and external audiences, including paid courses.
Learning design and delivery
- Conducts training-needs and capability assessments and works with line managers to define team skills through career paths and client journeys.
- Designs blended modules, lessons, flexible courses, and technical, behavioural, and leadership programs.
- Develops impact-based assessments, applies learning theories, and supports Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Delivers behavioural and system-skills learning and builds platform workflows and client journeys.
Learning platforms and improvement
- Administers LMS and other platforms, including scheduling, module assignment, uploads, assessments, analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Benchmarks internal and external practices and recommends talent-development and employee-engagement solutions.
- Acts as HSE lead to ensure safe systems of work and safe conditions in the area of responsibility.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in a Human Resources, Training, or L&D role.
- Arabic-speaking role, as stated in the title.
Skills and competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and thorough understanding of L&D processes.
- Can design different learning methods and map them to impact assessments; is organized and detail-oriented.
- LMS administration and reporting experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is stated as starting from AED 1.00 per month.
