Role overview

Lead Full Stack Software Engineer role focused on application support, enhancements, and new projects.

Technical skills and domain knowledge

  • Prior experience with Python, REST services, React.js, PHP, SQL, and PL/SQL is required.
  • Working experience with cloud technologies and Kubernetes is required, along with hands-on application development.
  • The role calls for complex design, high-performance architecture, technical approach evaluation, and data warehouse security.
  • Infrastructure-domain knowledge, preferably servers, storage, or networks, and ITIL is noted; change- and project-management process awareness is requested.
  • French and experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL are good to have.

  • Experience working in an Agile team and analyzing requirements to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, communication, writing, and presentation skills; able to present project demos to leadership.
  • Able to learn and implement tools and technologies quickly and independently drive technical proof of concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Marley asset-referential strategy, solution definition, client execution, project planning, quality, execution, and reviews.
  • Build expertise in Marley and advocate for asset and CI usage, supporting user enablement and adoption.
  • Develop business requirements and work with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leaders to produce functional discussions, specifications, and user stories.
  • Drive production testing, development-team input on data-set and reporting enhancements, and KPI and metric definition.
  • Plan communications, training, and documentation; drive proof of concepts, tool evaluations, and data-quality work.
  • Guide and mentor Business Analysts; contribute to innovation, process improvement, design discussions, and high-level architecture; implement design decisions.
