Delivery and team leadership
- Manage day-to-day technical delivery of enterprise AI use cases.
- Coach and guide implementation engineers; mentor junior engineers and consultants in delivery practices.
- Set and enforce Definition of Done criteria across development teams, refining them using client feedback and project needs.
- Lead sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, client sprint demos, stakeholder alignment sessions, and cross-team coordination calls.
- Chair steering committee meetings with client executives, prepare project status reports, and facilitate reviews to maintain alignment and resolve open issues.
- Translate requirements into technical execution plans and collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design.
- Drive adoption of AI agents and agentic workflows across client environments.
- Track scope, risks, dependencies, and quality; engage enterprise stakeholders to align delivery expectations.
Qualifications and experience
- 10+ years managing or delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises; marked as a must-have.
- Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
- Strong client engagement and communication skills.
- BFSI or other enterprise-vertical experience is preferred.
- Client-centric attitude and commitment to getting work done.
