Experience and domain knowledge
- Requires 8–10 years in business analysis, product analysis, or transformation delivery, with substantial banking experience.
- Requires strong trade-finance knowledge spanning letters of credit, guarantees, collections, trade loans, document handling, and customer servicing.
- Requires experience with APIs or integrations, data requirements, testing, adoption, and operating-model change.
AI and platform knowledge
- Working knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, prompt concepts, RAG, conversational AI, AI-agent concepts, and Responsible AI is needed to define and validate requirements.
- Platform knowledge includes requirements and backlog tools, process-modelling tools, collaboration and documentation tools, Azure AI, and enterprise platforms.
Analysis and integration
- Apply business and systems analysis, process modelling, requirements engineering, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, data analysis, and conversational AI requirement definition.
- Address API and interface requirements, data mapping, system context analysis, workflow integration, and traceability.
Governance and stakeholder skills
- Work in regulated financial services with Risk, Compliance, AML, sanctions, Legal, Information Security, and audit stakeholders.
- Bring Responsible AI awareness, AI governance support, banking controls, AML and sanctions awareness, privacy, security and compliance, and audit readiness.
- Use trade-finance expertise, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, prioritization, executive communication, change management, and vendor coordination.
