The role supports stable hybrid cloud operations and server workload migrations.
Responsibilities
- Migrate server workloads using lift-and-shift and parallel-build strategies.
- Manage Nutanix AHV and HCI environments, including Prism Element/Central and Nutanix Self Service.
- Implement and administer Nutanix infrastructure and cloud platforms, including NC2.
- Deliver resilient disaster recovery aligned with defined RPO/RTO requirements.
- Plan capacity and use scripting and standardized automation for migrations and operations.
- Support hybrid cloud operations through ITIL-based change and incident management.
Technical focus
- Nutanix AHV, HCI, Prism Element/Central, Nutanix Self Service, Nutanix Cloud Platform, and NC2.
- Server workload migration, disaster recovery, capacity planning, scripting, automation, and ITIL change and incident management.
Requirements
- Strong experience migrating server workloads using lift-and-shift and parallel-build strategies.
- Expertise in Nutanix AHV and HCI management, including Prism Element/Central and Nutanix Self Service.
- Hands-on experience with Nutanix Cloud Platform, Nutanix HCI, and NC2.
- Experience delivering disaster recovery solutions aligned with defined RPO/RTO requirements.
- Experience in capacity planning, scripting, and standardized automation for migrations and operations.
- Ability to support stable hybrid cloud operations through ITIL-based change and incident management.
