Programme delivery responsibilities
- Lead delivery across enterprise applications, integrations, data migration, reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Drive Oracle Fusion and Primavera Unifier implementation and large-scale ERP and digital transformation programmes.
- Govern programme scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery quality.
- Manage enterprise integrations, data readiness, release management, service transition, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, system integrators, and vendors.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and technology standards.
- Lead governance forums and steering committees, driving timely decisions and resolution of critical issues.
- Provide executive-level reporting on programme progress, financials, risks, milestones, benefits realization, and business outcomes.
