Role Overview
A market-leading SaaS company seeks a Lead Product Manager to lead zero-to-one development of a new ERP application.
The role will define and launch an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP product integrated with the company’s existing SaaS suite.
The engineering team uses an AI-first methodology, requiring clear requirements and rapid product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the new ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS product ecosystem.
- Work with engineering to leverage shared backend services such as core data routing and unified authentication.
- Clarify user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles with an AI-enabled engineering team.
- Align business stakeholders, customers and technical teams to meet enterprise-grade requirements.
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not just maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup environment experience or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptable, autonomous builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations and shared microservices, including backend routing and data architecture discussions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience with ERP, HRIS or core operational software is highly preferred.
Location
- Remote position in Canada.
Contract
Six-month contract with possible extension.
