Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application within an established SaaS product suite.

Location and work arrangement
- The role is remote in Canada.
Employment type and duration
- Contract role for six months, with a possible extension.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Work with engineering to leverage shared backend services, including data routing and unified authentication.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams on enterprise-grade product requirements.
Required experience
- Proven track record managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch rather than only maintaining legacy systems.
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptable and comfortable with high autonomy.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, shared microservices, backend routing, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred experience
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, or core operational software is highly preferred.
