Lead Product Manager role at an established, market-leading SaaS company, leading zero-to-one development of a new ERP application.

The engineering team uses an AI-first methodology in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the new ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Define and launch an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP product integrated with the existing SaaS suite.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering to leverage shared backend services, including data routing and unified authentication, to accelerate time to market.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles with the AI-enabled engineering team.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to ensure enterprise-grade requirements are met.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications; ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, rather than only maintaining legacy systems.
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture; must be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable with high autonomy.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and shared microservices, including backend routing and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Workplace and contract
- Remote position in Canada.
- Six-month contract with a possible extension.
