Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application that integrates with an existing SaaS suite.
This is a high-visibility product leadership role in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an AI-first engineering team.
Location and work arrangement
- The position is remote in Canada.
Contract term
- The role is a six-month contract with a possible extension.
Key responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with existing SaaS products.
- Leverage shared backend services such as data routing and unified authentication with engineering.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid AI-enabled development.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade requirements.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not only maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup experience or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptable and comfortable with high autonomy.
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, shared microservices, backend routing, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred experience
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, or core operational software is highly preferred.
