Lead Product Manager role for zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application.
The ERP will integrate with an existing suite of SaaS products.
The engineering team uses an AI-first methodology in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS product ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering to leverage shared backend services, including core data routing and unified authentication and login.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade product requirements.
Required experience and must-haves
- Proven track record managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Experience building products from scratch rather than only maintaining legacy systems.
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptable and comfortable with high autonomy.
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and shared microservices.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions about backend routing and data architecture.
Preferred experience
- Prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Workplace
- Remote role in Canada.
Contract terms
- Contract for 6 months with a possible extension.
