Lead zero-to-one development and launch of an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application integrated with an existing SaaS suite.

Location and arrangement
- The role is remote in Canada.
Contract term
- The contract is for six months, with a possible extension.
Key responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Leverage shared backend services such as core data routing and unified authentication with engineering.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid AI-enabled development.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams on enterprise-grade requirements.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not only maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup-environment experience or strong exposure to startup culture; the role calls for an adaptable, autonomous builder.
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, shared microservices, backend routing, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred experience
- Prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
