Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application for an established SaaS company.
The product will integrate with the company's existing SaaS suite and be developed with an AI-first engineering methodology.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering to leverage shared backend services such as data routing and unified authentication.
- Define clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams on enterprise-grade product requirements.
Required experience
- Proven track record managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not only maintaining legacy systems.
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture, with adaptability and high autonomy.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and shared microservices, including backend routing and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
Preferred experience
- Prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
Work arrangement and contract
- Remote within Canada.
- Contract for six months, with a possible extension.
