Lead zero-to-one development and launch of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application integrated with an established SaaS product suite.

Key responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering to leverage shared backend services, including data routing and unified authentication.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to support rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade product requirements.
Required experience and qualifications
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not just maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup experience or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptable, autonomous, and comfortable building in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and shared microservices, including backend routing and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products is requested.
- Prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
