Role overview
Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application.
The ERP will integrate with the company’s existing SaaS product suite.
The engineering team uses an AI-first approach and rapid development cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Leverage shared backend services such as data routing and unified authentication with engineering.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid delivery.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade requirements.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Experience building products from scratch rather than only maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup experience or strong exposure to startup culture, with adaptability and autonomy.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, shared microservices, backend routing, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or AI capabilities in enterprise products.
- ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
Workplace
- Remote role in Canada.
Contract
- Six-month contract with possible extension.
