Role overview

Core requirements

• Candidates should have completed at least two SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• The role requires three to five years of relevant GROW with SAP experience.
• Client-facing work, excellent communication, SAP FICO expertise, and insurance finance knowledge are required.
• The consultant must be open to project travel and international time zones or irregular working hours.

SAP FICO skills

• Knowledge is required across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash and Liquidity Management, and Controlling.
• The role covers cost center and profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, profitability analysis, and FI integration with MM, SD, and PP.
• Relevant tools include CBC, Cloud ALM, test automation tools, WalkMe, Data Migration Cockpit, Fiori, Embedded Analytics, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Public Cloud and domain expertise

• The consultant will guide fit-to-standard workshops, configure SSCUIs, support in-app extensibility, and work with BTP Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS basics, taxation, SOX, audit trails, internal controls, and regional regulatory requirements is expected.
• Manufacturing finance knowledge includes COGM, variance analysis, WIP accounting, and inventory valuation.

Delivery responsibilities

• Provide solutions for business requirements and help develop testing scope.
• Build and maintain reusable global templates for international rollouts.
• Mentor consultants and provide project governance throughout the project life cycle.
• Identify and manage risks, track task progress, and coordinate with other module consultants on integration challenges.
• Work independently, support team members, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Work arrangement

• Hyderabad is the base work location.
• The position requires working from the office at least three days per week and travel as project demands require.
