About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who combines strong business acumen with modern tools and AI-driven productivity practices.

This role goes beyond traditional requirement documentation — we expect someone who leverages AI tools to improve clarity, speed, accuracy, and decision-making across the product lifecycle.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Leadership to translate business vision into scalable and well-defined technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Lead stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions
• Prepare BRD, FRD, FSD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Perform impact analysis and gap analysis
• Define business rules and validation logic
• Identify edge cases and exception scenarios
• Translate complex business needs into structured workflows

AI-Enabled Business Analysis (New Age BA)

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for:
• Drafting and refining requirement documents
• Generating user stories & acceptance criteria
• Summarizing meeting notes
• Identifying requirement gaps
• Creating test scenarios
• Use AI-assisted tools for workflow optimization
• Apply AI for requirement consistency checks
• Utilize AI for competitive research and feature benchmarking
• Leverage AI tools for documentation automation

Note: AI is used as an accelerator, not a replacement for analytical thinking.

Agile & JIRA Management

• Create Epics, Stories, Tasks in JIRA
• Backlog grooming & sprint planning
• Define Definition of Done (DoD)
• Ensure clarity before sprint sign-off
• Coordinate with QA for UAT readiness
• Track dependencies and risks

UI / UX & Wireframing

• Create low-fidelity & high-fidelity wireframes
• Define user journeys and navigation flows
• Ensure alignment between business and design
• Review UI against functional scope
• Validate usability with stakeholders

Workflow & System Design

• Prepare detailed system workflows
• Create process diagrams
• Define API-level functional logic
• Map integration touchpoints
• Document edge cases & failure paths

Stakeholder Management

• Present product solutions to senior leadership
• Manage scope changes
• Ensure business alignment across teams
• Facilitate UAT and sign-offs
