Manage and grow strategic client relationships in a commercial EOR account management role.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of total commercial experience and at least 3 years in key account, strategic account, or senior client relationship management.
- Candidates must be UAE-based and have core EOR account-handling experience in the same industry.
- Proven client retention, renewals, account growth, business development, and cross-selling experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; understanding of revenue, pricing, and margins.
- Experience with CRM systems and account reporting.
- GCC experience in EOR, PEO, staffing, HR outsourcing, or professional services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of GCC labor law, visa processes, and employee lifecycle is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage senior-level client relationships and drive retention and contract renewals.
- Identify account expansion and cross-selling opportunities; develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Manage client escalations and service issues.
- Monitor account performance, revenue, and margins.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 12,000 per month.
