IDLN is a globally operating luxury interior design studio working primarily with high-end residential clients in the UAE & United States.

In just two years, we’ve grown into a respected international brand known for premium design quality and strategic sourcing expertise.

We are expanding and we are looking for a high-performing Accounts Executive to help us scale.

About The Role

As the Accounts Executive, you will own the entire sales conversation.

You will be the first voice potential clients hear.

The person who builds trust, communicates value, handles objections, and confidently closes high-ticket design packages.

• Lead Management & Sales Ownership

  • Conduct structured sales calls with potential clients
  • Understand client needs, scope, budget, and expectations
  • Position IDLN’s services clearly and confidently

High-Ticket Pitch Delivery

  • Deliver persuasive, polished sales presentations
  • Communicate value beyond price
  • Identify objections and convert hesitation into commitment
  • Continuously refine pitch scripts to improve conversion rates

Closing & Revenue Performance

  • Confidently guide prospects through decision-making
  • Execute strategic follow-ups to maximize close rates
  • Drive consistent monthly revenue targets
  • Track performance metrics and optimize results

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records
  • Submit weekly reports on calls, close rates, and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding

Who You Are

  • Based in the Philippines (fully remote)
  • Fluent, Professional-Level English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in sales, closing, or consultative selling
  • Comfortable handling high-value clients
  • Strong understanding of sales psychology
  • Confident on calls and professional in presentation
  • Organized, disciplined, and relentless with follow-ups
  • Performance-driven and motivated by commission
  • Nice to Have
  • Background in interior design, real estate, or high-ticket services
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales funnels
  • Experience selling to USA-based clients
