About This Role

Overview

The KAM will be responsible for developing strong relations within the customer s management structure and be the single point of contact to all of the customer s different departments that have ongoing demand/projects with GTS.

Projects will typically include site maintenance requirements, spare parts requirements and development of new opportunities.

The KAM is required to drive and manage all such projects in order to guarantee continuous and efficient updates to all stakeholders within the customer s organization as well as the internal organization

The Key Account Manager will be responsible to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers by delivering quality services that meet with the customer s expectations.

The role will support sales to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales and profitability.

The KAM must also ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and provide excellent customer service.

Manage the end-to-end project delivery process, including project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

Monitor and report on project status, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct regular business reviews and close communication with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Identify new work scope opportunities within existing accounts and work to develop proposals in coordination with the Sales & Project team and secure new business.

Required to work effectively with internal teams: Sales & Projects, Operations , in order to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

Identify and implement improved work efficiency (for example in planning and record keeping for key accounts, documentation and record keeping etc).

To undertake such other tasks that may be reasonably required.
