About the Role

Junior Relationship Banker working alongside partners on client relationships and the commercial analysis supporting them.

Permanent, full-time role based in Dubai with a hybrid arrangement.

What You Will Do

  • Research clients, counterparties, and family ownership structures, keeping the picture current.
  • Map decision-makers and influencers relevant to transactions and market-entry questions.
  • Prepare partner meeting briefings with relevant history, figures, and open questions.
  • Track regulatory approval paths, timelines, and possible delays.
  • Write concise notes explaining a position, its reasoning, and remaining information gaps.
  • Maintain relationship records and follow-ups.

What We Are Looking For

  • Basic grounding in finance or commercial analysis through studies, an internship, a placement, or a side project.
  • Clear written English and the ability to write a concise, closely reasoned page.
  • Organized working habits and attention to details that can change a number.
  • Comfort working with incomplete information and asking useful questions.
  • Pragmatic judgment focused on what decisions mean for clients.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.

Helpful Background

  • Interest in finance, economics, or politics, with a habit of following current affairs.
  • Arabic or another language spoken across the region is useful but never required.
  • Exposure to real estate, industrials, financial services, or family-held businesses is helpful.
  • Prior research experience from a university project, report, or internship is helpful.
