Junior Property Consultant

About This Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Property Consultant to join our real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the property market, learn sales skills, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market and trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing deals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in sales
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
