About the Role
We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support property sales and leasing objectives.
This role requires expertise in real estate marketing, social media management, paid advertising, content strategy, and lead generation across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for property sales, leasing, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and property portals.
- Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Coordinate property photo shoots, videography, reels, and promotional creatives with internal and external teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
- Manage CRM integrations, landing pages, lead funnels, and automated marketing workflows.
- Improve website traffic, SEO rankings, and online visibility through organic and paid strategies.
- Work closely with sales agents and management to promote new property launches and special campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and marketing materials.
- Stay updated with real estate market trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate industry in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns and CRM platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is an advantage.
- Understanding of UAE real estate market trends and buyer behavior is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Photography, videography, or video editing skills are a plus.
