Fresher Property Consultant

About This Role

We are looking for ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This is a commission-only opportunity designed for professionals who want unlimited earning potential, flexible working conditions, and strong backend support in a high-growth real estate environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while closing property transactions across residential and commercial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property sales and leasing leads through networking, referrals, social media, and personal prospecting.
• Conduct property consultations to understand client requirements and investment goals.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings with buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and property owners.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, ROI opportunities, and property regulations.
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to ensure successful transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deal progress within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, conveyancing, and developer relations.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market movements, new launches, and investment opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after transactions.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in real estate sales, telesales, banking, insurance, hospitality, or direct sales is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated with a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused personality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Structure

This position is strictly commission-based. Earnings are directly linked to individual performance and successful property transactions. High-performing consultants have significant monthly earning potential without salary limitations.
