Location and travel
- Based at the Falmer office, with travel to other offices, including Horsham, and sites across Sussex, Kent and Hampshire.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Schedule Health Check report and address errors.
- Maintain governance coding and reporting, and ensure programmes are coded correctly for Power BI reporting.
- Monitor EWN and risk registers so risks and mitigation actions are reflected in programmes and Power BI.
- Ensure project SCOs are forecast and coded, and update Purchasers Obligations, including site-specific requirements.
- Maintain Level 2 milestone forecasts and represent CS/CEMAR data in programmes, linked to relevant activities.
- Capture Stage 1, Stage 2 and Start on Site baselines in line with procedures.
- Complete end-of-month checks, including narratives and milestone movements.
- Use P6 actual data for resource, subcontract and package forecasting; support resource planning and estimating demand forecasts.
- Maintain SWS codes and procurement schedule coding and reporting; support accurate posting of time-critical OPI risks to P6.
- Assist with planning-related board pack documents and produce weekly site progress photo reports with site teams.
Essential requirements
- Previous P6 understanding and experience, knowledge of planning activities, and experience carrying out data analysis.
- Good IT literacy with MS Office, good communication and teamwork skills, and an organised approach to deadlines.
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and a full UK driving licence.
Desirable qualifications and experience
- Power BI experience is desirable.
- HNC/HND, ideally in a planning discipline, or relevant experience is desirable.
- APM Project Membership is desirable.
