About This Role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, and applications
- Troubleshoot Windows systems, email, and internet connectivity problems
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Support users with system and technical issues
- Assist in CCTV and basic network troubleshooting
- Coordinate with senior IT staff for advanced technical issues
- Perform system updates and antivirus checks
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and computer hardware
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email configuration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Freshers or candidates with 1 year experience can apply
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
