Junior IT Assistant
About This Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Assistant with strong, hands-on Odoo expertise to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality Odoo ERP support while also providing reliable general IT and Azure cloud assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for Odoo-related matters across the Finance, HR, and Procurement departments etc, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Odoo ERP support (troubleshooting, user assistance, module configuration, basic customization, and training) with a strong focus on the Finance, HR, and Procurement modules
- Provide first-line help desk and general IT support to all users across the organization
- Manage and support the Microsoft Azure cloud environment (resource monitoring, basic administration, and optimization)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues
- Assist with day-to-day IT operations, system maintenance, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Act as the go-to Odoo subject matter expert for end-users in Finance, HR, and Procurement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (mandatory) – in-depth knowledge of the Finance, HR, and Procurement modules is essential
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud management
- Solid background in general IT support (Windows, networking, Office 365, etc.)
- Excellent help desk, customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Junior-level profile (2–4 years of experience preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
