Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for a motivated
Junior IT Manager – CRM Systems
to support the management and optimization of CRM tools in an international business environment.
This is a
full-time position
.
Compensation and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience and profile.
The selected candidate will support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of CRM systems, working closely with commercial and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include
- Supporting the management and optimization of CRM platforms
- Assisting in data organization, reporting and analysis
- Coordinating with internal teams to improve CRM usage and processes
- Supporting integration of CRM with other business systems
- Monitoring system performance and identifying improvement opportunities
Requirements
- **2–4 years of experience**
- in IT, CRM management or related roles
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms and data management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and international environment
- Good communication skills
