About This Role

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior IT Assistant

with solid knowledge of

Microsoft 365 administration

to support day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing

end-user support

, assisting in

Microsoft 365 management

, and working within a structured

IT Service Management (ITSM)

environment to ensure smooth IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
  • first-level and second-level IT support
  • to end users (onsite and remote)
  • Administer and support
  • Microsoft 365 services
  • , including:
  • User account creation and management
  • Licensing and permissions
  • Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams support
  • Handle and resolve
  • service requests and incidents

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

  • Perform
  • troubleshooting
  • for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Support
  • device setup, onboarding, and offboarding
  • processes
  • Assist in
  • endpoint management
  • using Microsoft Intune (if applicable)
  • Maintain accurate
  • documentation
  • of issues, resolutions, and configurations
  • Ensure compliance with
  • IT policies, security standards, and procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when required
  • Monitor IT systems and report any outages or performance issues
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of
  • user satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 3+ years of experience
  • in IT support or Microsoft 365 environment
  • Hands-on experience with
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience using

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Windows operating systems
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Excellent
  • troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in an
  • ITSM-based environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tagalog Speaker and must be based in UAE

Mandatory Certifications

  • **MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator**
  • **ITIL 4 Foundation Certification**
  • Good to Have
  • **MD-102: Endpoint Administrator**
  • **SC-300: Identity & Access Administrator**
  • **AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals**
