The employer is seeking a motivated, hands-on Junior Café Manager to support the Café Manager and oversee daily café operations in Dubai.
The role includes team leadership, service standards, and guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily café operations; supervise and motivate the team and maintain customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance; assist with scheduling and manpower planning.
- Maintain food, beverage, and service standards; monitor stock and assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
- Minimize waste and support cost control.
- Maintain café cleanliness and organization and follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Assist with cash handling, POS, and daily closing procedures.
- Support staff training and development and ensure company policies and operating standards are followed.
- Take responsibility for café operations when the Café Manager is absent.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of café, restaurant, or food and beverage operations experience.
- Previous supervisor or junior management experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of café operations and customer service; good leadership, team-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.

- Pay is AED 5,500–6,000 per month.
